I am fairly new to using DPM 2010. I have a protected Exchange 2010 DB that is being shown as inconsistent. If I try to run a consistent check it fails. In the Event Viewer on the DPM server, I am getting Event ID 33223.
Disk allocation details are as follows:
Replica volume: 463 GB allocated, 329 GB used | Recovery point volume: 55 GB allocated, 25 GB used.
The Disk Pool Details are as follows:
Total Capacity 2793, used 2641 & unallocated 152.
The protected Exchange server has 454 GB & 719 GB of free space on 2 separate drives.
As I try to resolve this issue, is there someone out there can point me to a link that explains in detail about disk allocation works in 2010 DPM? I would also appreciate any help I can get to resolve the "replica inconsistent" error.
